EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods.

This right is provided under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting the withdrawal request form below.

Once submitted, we will confirm receipt of your request by email and provide return instructions if necessary.
