Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
These golden bites are crunchy outside, tender inside, and bursting with flavor – all with minimal oil.
300g Brussels sprouts, halved
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Balsamic vinegar or maple syrup (optional for glaze)
Garlic or onion powder (optional)
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
Toss with oil, salt, and seasonings.
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking once or twice.
Drizzle with balsamic or maple syrup before serving, if desired.
