Production Methods (Cooking Instructions):
1. Prep the Salmon:
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
Rub both sides with olive oil.
Season with salt, black pepper, and any optional spices or herbs (like garlic powder and paprika).
2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
3. Cook the Salmon:
Place the fillets skin-side down (if skin-on) in the air fryer basket.
Make sure they are not overlapping.
Air fry at 180°C for 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness.
For thinner fillets: 10-15 minutes
For thicker fillets: 15-20 minutes
The internal temperature should reach 125°F (52°C) for medium or 145°F (63°C) for fully cooked salmon.
4. Optional Glaze (Sweet & Tangy Finish):
In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp honey.
Brush on top of the salmon in the last 2 minutes of air frying for a light glaze.

Remove from the air fryer carefully using a spatula.
