Apple Juice
A healthy glass of apple juice rich in vitamins and antioxidants, perfect for any time of the day.
3 medium apples (sweet varieties like Fuji or Gala work best)
½ lemon (optional, for brightness)
A small piece of fresh ginger (optional, for added kick)
Wash and core the apples (no need to peel).
Peel the lemon and remove any seeds.
Turn on your Ciarra Slow Juicer and slowly feed the apples, followed by lemon and ginger if using.
Stir the juice and serve chilled or over ice.
Approx. 120 kcal per glass (based on 1½ apples per person)
