Prune Juice
A simple, homemade prune juice recipe packed with natural sweetness, antioxidants, and digestive health benefits—perfect for daily wellness.
1 cup (about 150g) dried prunes (pitted)
2 cups (500ml) water (plus extra for soaking, if applicable)
Optional: a splash of lemon juice or a pinch of cinnamon for flavor
(Optional) Soak prunes in warm water overnight or for at least 12 hours to soften. This step is optional but makes juicing smoother.
Add soaked prunes and 2 cups of water into your Ciarra Slow Juicer or blender.
If using a blender, blend until smooth and then strain through a fine mesh or nut milk bag.
Serve immediately, or chill before drinking. Add lemon juice or cinnamon if desired.
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
