Lemon Juice
This homemade lemon juice is simple, refreshing, and full of natural nutrients. Perfect for hot days, immune support, or a morning energy kick.
2 large lemons (peeled and deseeded)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
200ml cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
A pinch of sea salt (optional, for electrolytes)
Peel and deseed the lemons.
Add lemons and water to the Ciarra Slow Juicer.
Pour into a glass. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
Stir well. Add ice cubes if you prefer it chilled.
Serve immediately.
