This homemade lemon juice is simple, refreshing, and full of natural nutrients. Perfect for hot days, immune support, or a morning energy kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 large lemons (peeled and deseeded)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 200ml cold water

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • A pinch of sea salt (optional, for electrolytes)

Instructions

  1. Peel and deseed the lemons.

  2. Add lemons and water to the Ciarra Slow Juicer.

  3. Pour into a glass. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.

  4. Stir well. Add ice cubes if you prefer it chilled.

  5. Serve immediately.
