It is an absolute pleasure to cook in these pans, the design is super beautiful and the quality is excellent, no food is stuck. They are light and at the same time solid. The quality is really there. I recommend them 100%
The overall thickness and weight of the pots and pans are comparable to our other premium-quality cookware. The non-stick surface performed admirably during our cooking trials; we made a large omelet with minimal sticking. Despite using a gas stove, the heat distribution seemed uniform, with no areas experiencing excessive heat. Notably, the frying pan's handle remained cool throughout our cooking test.
Clean-up was straightforward, akin to other non-stick pans we've used in the past. Light handwash was all that we needed. The Ciarra set has become a welcome addition to our kitchen arsenal.
