Ingredients (makes approx. 2 servings / 500–600ml):

2 medium beetroots (peeled and chopped)

2 carrots (washed, ends trimmed)

1 apple (core removed)

½ lemon (peeled)

1 small piece of ginger (about 1–2 cm, peeled – optional for a spicy kick)

½ cucumber (optional, for extra hydration)

Instructions:

Wash and prepare all ingredients (peel where necessary, cut into large pieces if needed).

Turn on your Ciarra slow juicer.

Feed the ingredients one by one into the wide feeding chute: start with apple and beetroot, then carrot, cucumber, lemon, and ginger.

Let the juicer extract the juice slowly to preserve maximum nutrients.

Stir the juice well and serve immediately for the best taste and nutrition.

Tip:
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning to kickstart digestion and energy levels. You can also chill it with a few ice cubes or store in an airtight bottle for up to 24 hours.
