4 fresh oranges (peeled and seeded)
1/2 lemon (optional, for added tang)
1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
A few ice cubes (optional)
Peel and seed the oranges (and lemon if using).
Place the fruit into your Ciarra Slow Juicer.
Collect the juice in the container.
Add honey and stir, if desired.
Serve chilled or over ice.
