Discover how to transform shelf-stable or fresh gnocchi into a crispy, addictive snack or side dish with just a few ingredients and your air fryer.

Main Ingredients:

1 package (about 14–16 oz / 400–500g) gnocchi (fresh, refrigerated, or shelf-stable)

1–2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt, to taste

Supplementary Ingredients (optional but recommended):

Garlic powder or minced garlic

Dried herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme, oregano)

Grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Dipping sauces like marinara, pesto, or garlic aioli

Production Methods:

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.

In a bowl, toss gnocchi with olive oil, salt, and any additional seasonings or herbs.

Spread gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd — cook in batches if needed.

Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until gnocchi is golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as a crunchy topping on salads and soups.
