Main Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
3/4 cup (180ml) milk
1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
Supplementary Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips, blueberries, or chopped nuts
Powdered sugar for dusting (after baking)
Production Methods:
1. Prepare the Batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined (do not overmix).
Fold in optional add-ins like chocolate chips or berries if using.
2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 3–5 minutes.
3. Fill the Muffin Cups:
Line silicone or paper muffin cups (suitable for air fryers) and fill them about 2/3 full with the batter.
4. Air Fry the Muffins:
Place the muffin cups into the air fryer basket (leave space between them for air circulation).
Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Cool and Serve:
Remove the muffins from the air fryer and let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
