Main Ingredients:
1 piece of pizza base (store-bought or homemade, ~6–8 inches)
1–2 tablespoons pizza sauce (tomato-based)
Supplementary Ingredients:
Cheese (mozzarella or your favorite melting cheese), shredded
Bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), thinly sliced
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Minced salmon (raw or cooked)
Optional: onion slices, olives, oregano, chili flakes
Production Methods:
Preheat the Air Fryer to 160°C (320°F) for about 2–3 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza:
Place the pizza base on a piece of parchment paper or directly in the air fryer basket/tray.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the base.
Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Add toppings: sliced bell peppers, cherry tomato halves, and minced salmon.
Add extra cheese on top if desired.
Air Fry:
Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 1–3 minutes, depending on your air fryer’s power and pizza thickness.
Check after 1 minute: if cheese is melted and edges are golden, it's ready. If not, continue for 1–2 more minutes.
Serve:
Carefully remove the pizza.
Garnish with fresh herbs or chili flakes if desired.
Slice and serve hot!
