Cranberry Juice

2 cups fresh cranberries (or thawed frozen cranberries)
1 medium apple (for natural sweetness)
½ lemon (peeled)
½ cup water (optional, for adjusting consistency)
Rinse the cranberries and apple thoroughly.
Core the apple and cut it into halves or quarters if needed.
Peel the lemon.
Feed all ingredients into your Ciarra Slow Juicer.
Mix the juice well and taste—add a splash of water if too strong.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
